Ours is a small, friendly community in northern Bethesda. Many of the owners and residents have lived here for ten or more years and enjoy the neighborhood and location. We are conveniently located near Washington D.C., Northern Virginia and other centers of business. Fortunately, while living close to the hub of commerce, our community is nestled in quiet solitude away from the busy throng of traffic. We enjoy our privacy and the integrity of our small community; we feel that being small helps us get to know each other better.

The community consists of 68 townhouse units on both sides of Pooks Hill Road in the 5300 block; 44 units have three bedrooms and 24 have two bedrooms. There are six buildings on the even-numbered side of Pooks Hill Road, and eight on the odd-numbered side. The total area of the Condominium is approximately 5 1/2 acres.

Bethesda Overlook began in 1975 when the buildings and land area were converted to condominium ownership. At that time, the buildings (which date from 1957 and 1958) were completely renovated. Since then, the Condominium has done extensive work to the grounds and exteriors of the buildings.
